CVS® carries a variety of products with fruits as its key ingredients, this post highlights the nutritional benefits certain fruits can have on your hair and skin. These bold and juicy fruit images served up inspiration and valuable knowledge for our followers to have. The image was photographed using an iPhone and plenty of natural sunlight.

It was important that the audience see the products interacting with ingredients, people, and in scenarios that our followers could see themselves in. I experimented with props, textures, and natural lighting to bring followers real life inspiration. Click on each post to find out more!

With summer comes long sunny days, chlorine filled pools, and trips to the beach. We wanted to take the opportunity to remind followers that their hair will need some extra TLC. CVS® carries a variety of products to keep hair hydrated and protected. This post captures a beach scene with summer staples like a towel, sun hat, swimsuit and a few hair product suggestions.

Herbs contain properties that can help skin and hair look and feel its best. Including the natural ingredients in the product image was a great way to inspire them to add it to their beauty routine.

With hair accessories making a comeback, it's time to let followers know that CVS® has a variety of options. This post captures a person adding the finishing touches to their outfit; choosing accessories. The photograph feels fabulous, vibrant, and effortlessly chic.
FLOWER BEAUTY
This post educates followers on the benefits some flowers can have on our hair and skin. This "flower tea" not only represents the beauty of the subject but what can happen when we make it part of our beauty routine. As they scroll through the carousel they learn specifically about peonies, roses, and sunflowers.

TEMPLATES
To bring consistency to the educational aspect of the CVS® beauty Instagram feed, I designed a couple templates we could use monthly to suggest routines followers could adopt to reach certain beauty goals.


REELS
One of the main goals for the year was implementing reels more regularly into the Instagram feed. When given the monthly content brief, I evaluated which topics would work best communicated through video. From beauty routines, to up close product shots, and in-store shopping, a variety of reels really improved the consistency and engagement of our over-all feed.
